Returns and Refunds

Returns and Refunds:  

PLEASE OPEN THE PACKAGE AND INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT. If within 30 days after receipt of your order you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase and we will exchange it or promptly refund your money.  Please contact us at sales@kriegerclockparts.com for an RMA number before returning.  ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER.  Oil and tools that have been opened and / or used are not returnable.
Please make sure you double check orders before finalizing them.
We do not refund shipping for items ordered in error by the customer.  We will gladly replace defective or damaged items.
We do not accept returned merchandise that has been modified or altered from its original design.

If returning, please include the following:
Your Name
Address, Phone Number, and email address
A Copy of the Invoice Receipt
A Brief Note Stating Reason for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
