This high-torque quartz clock movement by Quartex is designed for large clock hands and larger dials, making it ideal for wall clocks up to 17 inches in diameter. It includes a set of 8 1/4" black spade-style hands that are counterbalanced to reduce strain on the movement and improve long-term accuracy.

The short-shaft configuration works for dials up to 3/16" thick. A built-in rear hanger and included mounting hardware make installation quick and straightforward. Powered by a single AA battery (not included), this reliable movement is backed by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
