Quartz battery clock movement, used for a 24-hour clock dial (military time). Quality movement made by Quartex. 2 year warranty. Powered by a AA battery (not included - alkaline recommended). Overall shaft length is 11/16", threaded shaft length 5/16", shaft diameter 5/16". Correct shaft length for dials up to 1/4" thick. Movement measures 2 7/32" x 2 7/32" x 5/8" thick (not including the hand shaft - housing only). Comes with mounting hardware.
Serpentine-style hands - black on one side, white on the other side. Available lengths: 1 3/8", 1 7/8", 2 3/8", 3 1/8", 4 1/4", and 4 3/4". Hand length is determined by measuring from the center hole in the minute hand out to the tip of the minute hand. Second hand available in red, black, or gold. The maximum hand length for this movement is 5 1/2" minute hand length.
