This high-quality quartz clock movement is manufactured by Quartex and features a silent sweep (continuous sweep) second hand, meaning the hand moves smoothly instead of stepping—eliminating the ticking sound common with standard quartz movements.

Designed for reliability and long service life, this movement runs on a single AA battery (not included) and is ideal for clocks where silent operation is important, such as bedrooms, offices, or living spaces.

The movement is sized for dials up to 1/4" thick and includes classic Eli Terry–style hands, measuring 2 3/4" from the center hole to the tip of the minute hand. A second hand is included and is available in black, red, or gold.
